Sacred Moments from Sunday…

On Sunday we gathered in ceremony —

sharing cacao, sound, breath, stillness, and presence.

There was softness.

There was release.

There was deep listening — to the body, the heart, and the subtle whispers within.

Sacred cacao opened our hearts.

Crystal sound carried us beyond the mind.

And for just a couple of hours, time slowed… and something ancient was remembered.

I am so deeply grateful to everyone who showed up with openness, courage, and trust.

The energy in the room was tender, powerful, and truly magickal! 🤍
