I invite you to follow the sound of my voice as I guide you through the elements - earth, air, fire, water and ether, on a deep, shamanic journey to release the built-up energy of 2025.

This year has carried a heavy weight. You may feel the presence of stagnant energy lingering around you. Debris scattered along your path. This debris is what keeps you from moving forward.

It is time to take off your mask, to stop the people-pleasing and set firm boundaries. Ignite and release anything that has been holding you back. Anything that has kept you from embodying your truest, most authentic self and living the life that you deserve.

Let go of what weighs you down… the old patterns, pain, fear? Offer them to the ‘Great Spirit of Fire’ to be purified and transformed. As the smoke lifts, so too does your spirit, ready to step into a new beginning.

Each year between October 17th-20th a cosmic event takes place in the galaxy as the sun makes its annual alignment with one of the brightest stars in the night sky, 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐮𝐬. This giant orange-red star can be found in the constellation Boötes, around 36.7 light-years from Earth. This cosmic event is known as 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐲.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐲 opens a portal that invites us to come home to ourselves. To come home to the center of our being and to connect with the part of us that is beyond time and space - beyond the physical form and all the limitations it implies. Ultimately, this cosmic event reminds us of our true nature. During these times of uncertainty and transition, the Sun - 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐮𝐬 alignment encourages us to open our hearts, to trust the divine plan and to strengthen our own connection to source.
