I hold space for those who feel called to go deeper — gently.
Not through force.
Not through pushing or fixing.
But through slowing down enough for the body to feel safe.
My 1:1 sessions are slow, grounded, and nervous-system safe.
They’re a place to soften, to listen, and to meet what’s present with care rather than urgency.
This work isn’t about dramatic breakthroughs or having it all figured out.
It’s about creating the space where healing can unfold naturally — in its own time, and in its own way.
