Come with me on a journey into the metaphysical world and tap into your subconscious mind, through a powerful guided, 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. I have written a series of these meditations and have turned them into workshops, to assist you on your own personal development journey, self growth and quest for self healing. During your shamanic journey it is possible to connect with the spirit world—your spirit guides, spirit animal, loved ones who have crossed over, ancestors and your higher self, to seek answers, guidance, messages and to also receive deep healing.
All of my meditations have their own theme, depending on what area of your life you’d like to work on—let go of whatever is in your way to create ‘space’ for growth and transformation, call something in, learn to love and honour yourself, release the toxic traits and negativity of life, reconnect your body with your mind, begin releasing those beliefs that hold you back from stepping into the person you are meant to be and give them an honourable death.
By focusing on my voice (along with gentle solfeggio music) relax and let go. Vivid images will begin to appear in your minds eye, connecting you to something greater than yourself.
So, allow yourself the time and space to relax and de-stress from life, while giving some love and attention to your nervous system and mental well being.
