My workshops are an intimate chamber, where you have the chance to strip away the layers of this heavy, earthly existence and tap into your inner self. To give yourself the chance to deal with lifeโ€™s frustrations and let s**t go. To extract and allow emotions to bubble up to the surface and to truly feel them in order to grow as a person and align your souls true authentic path.
