Weโ€™re almost mid year already, crazy! And Iโ€™ve been hearing a lot of chatter around me about not starting the year as you wanted to. Some of you are feeling bogged down and quite heavy with waaaaay too much gunk in your way.

So I feel like itโ€™s the perfect time for us to do a massive cleanse.
