I hold space in a slow, grounded, body-led way.
My work isn’t about forcing change, chasing breakthroughs, or fixing anything that isn’t broken.
It’s about meeting you exactly where you are — with care, presence, and respect for your nervous system.
Healing doesn’t happen through effort.
It happens when the body feels safe enough to soften.
When the mind isn’t being pushed to “figure it out”.
When there is time to listen, rather than rush.
In the spaces I hold, we move at your pace.
What’s felt in the body matters.
Gentleness matters.
Safety matters.
You don’t need to have clarity, certainty, or a plan.
You don’t need to be “ready”.
You just need a willingness to step into a space where you can be met, supported, and held — exactly as you are.
