You are allowed to move slowly.
You are allowed to take your time.
You are allowed to return to yourself in a way that feels steady and supported.
Nothing is lost by going gently.
This is the kind of space I am devoted to holding in my 1:1 sessions — somewhere you can arrive without pressure, without urgency, and without needing to be anything other than yourself.
