Limiting beliefs prevent you from reaching your full potential in this world. They prevent you from going after what you truly desire. When you realise that this is happening to you—by recognizing them and acknowledging them, you can unlock your true potential and live a more full filling life!

These beliefs often come from a place of negativity and fear and keep us from experiencing life to its fullest. Limiting beliefs are deeply ingrained thoughts or assumptions that hold you back. They are often negative or fear-based and can prevent you from pursuing your goals, making change, or fully embracing opportunities.
