Paint & Potions — a Spell of Creativity…

Yesterday felt like one long exhale…

A space where everyone softened, settled and allowed themselves to simply… be. Paint & Potions wasn’t just a workshop, it felt like a circle of souls returning to themselves.

There was this beautiful hush in the room as we dropped into meditation. A moment where the outside world faded and everyone found their own quiet centre. And from that stillness, creativity began to rise. Slowly, intuitively, gently.

Brushstrokes turning into stories, colours blending like emotions, each piece becoming its own little spell. The energy was tender. Healing. Open.

I loved watching people reconnect with old friends, meet new ones and relax into the comfort of creating without the pressure of perfection. Just feeling. Just flowing.

And the decadent treats! The chocolate, the warmth and the laughter! It wrapped around the chamber like a soft blanket of spun sugar. A reminder that pleasure is energy medicine too…

Thank you to Art by Jaye Harris you conjured such a magickal, artistic space for us. You truly went above and beyond. Creating with you is always powerful. Calling in spirit, sparking connections and igniting creativity in the chamber. Huge thank you to our handsome barista Jason Greenardi — your hot chocolates and your charm were like a warm, rich hug.

And thank you to every soul who joined us. For your presence, your vulnerability, your creativity and the way you allowed the magick to meet you in your “Secret Garden of Creativity”.
